Goody Ouchless Ribbon Elastics

I was glad to be able to try these Goody Ouchless Ribbon Elastics when they were sent to me complimentary for my review in my Influenster Sunkissed VoxBox.  This recent heatwave has been giving me no other option than to wear my hair up and off my neck.  The packaging looks like this:

I tried them out in my hair right away.  I like using them two at a time to add color and support for my long, thick hair.  Here are some styles I tried...

Bun with 3 elastics.  I like leaving the knotted ends sticking out in different directions for a fun look.

Side ponytail.  I think stacking one color on top of the other is cute.

I don't know what this is called but it is my favorite hairdo in a pinch.  I put my hair in a high ponytail with 2 elastics then on the last turn I pull it through halfway and let it flop over.

Loose side braid.  The color options let you match your outfit too.

Simple ponytail.  It holds my hair fine with just 1 elastic.

Half up.  I get a lot of tugging and snagging when I use other rubber bands to do this hair style but there was none with these soft ribbon elastics.

I am very happy with this product and will be getting good use out of them this summer.  They also look cute worn around you wrist so you are never without a good hair tie when you need one.  Have you tried these Goody Ouchless Ribbon Elastics yet?  What are you waiting for?

At Home Teeth Whitening- My Smile Bright Experience

Here is a collage of my teeth before the treatment (a treatment here means two 30 min. sessions back-to-back) and then after the first and second treatments.  I photographed my top and bottom teeth separately because my bottom teeth tend to be darker than my top teeth.

You can see that my top teeth went from a 5 or 6 to a 2.  My bottom teeth went from a 7 or 8 to a 2 or 3.  The 3rd treatment didn't change things very much for me but here is a picture of my teeth after the 3rd treatment.  I took the same pose with the flash and with natural light to see how the whitening effect came out both ways.  I am very pleased with the results!

I am glad that I took pictures because it is fun to see the difference up close.  For the first time my top and bottom teeth are the same color too.  Here is a picture of before and after together.

My son wanted to try it too.  Here are his teeth before and after just one treatment.  He was happy with the results so we haven't done another round yet.

All in all I am loving this kit for it's fast and effective teeth whitening in the comfort of your own home.  I am even more excited that it comes with enough product for 20, 30 minute treatments.  That means that I can use it whenever I want to keep my teeth nice and bright for some time to come.  Let me know if you decide to give it a try.
